Appointments are made by phone.

• You’ll speak with Mary Tovar or Richard Tovar.
• We’ll need basic information: name, phone number, who is referring you to this office.
• You will also be asked if you have films (MRI, CT etc.).
• Appointments are normally scheduled for Tuesdays or Thursdays from 9 – 5.
• If it’s an emergency, we can usually schedule you immediately.
• We accept workman’s comp, all PPO, Medi-Care with supplemental, Tri-Care, Cigna, PacifiCare, HealthNet Direct.
