About our office:

  • How do I make an appointment?
    Just call. You’ll speak with Mary Tovar or Richard Tovar.
  • What information do I need to give you?
    Name, phone number, who is referring you to this office. Do you have films (MRI, CT etc.)
  • How are appointments scheduled?
    Appointments are normally scheduled for Tuesdays or Thursdays from 9 – 5. If it’s an emergency, we can usually schedule you immediately.
  • What types of insurance do you accept?
    We accept workman’s comp, all PPO, Medi-Care with supplemental, Tri-Care, Cigna, PacifiCare, HealthNet Direct.
